General instructions

The information is introduced on this blog using English language. To read them in another language, simply use the translation tab at the top left of the home page and click on the language of your choice. Example for Russian is provided below.

Comments will be posted at the bottom of the screen using your Google account (free to create if you don't already have one). They will be written by members in their own language to allow the automatic translation to work properly.

Only members will see their "comments" displayed on the blog, thus participating in the life of the Circle . Others will have to limit with the "read" function only.

The blog is composed of :

• articles or information messages that are posted regularly on the entry page; you can recover old messages using the taps "archive" or "label".
• different pages you can find at the bottom of the let column; these pages are grouped under three labels: 
• Reminders: information about the Circle and instructions for use 
• Activities : presentation of the various services offered
• Miscellaneous : invitation to provide more confidential data
• at the top of the entry page , just under "RPSC", different interesting contacts
