RPSC will organize its 4th zoom meeting on January 18th at 6:PM (Paris time) . On the agenda: - A presentation on "Imperial Russian Stampless Mail 1683-1875 : An Introduction to the Field" (approximately 40 minutes - Presentation: Maxime Citerne , BPP-Bund Philatelistischer Pröferasse E.V.) followed by an open discussion. - Miscellaneous. If you are interested in participating in, please contact us to get the link. Program Change Due to the unavailability of the invited speaker for health trouble, a last-minute change to the program has occurred. Two topics were addressed during the meeting: - About the letters from zemstvos which did not issue stamps : G.M.Rios - Presentation of an expert analysis of a forged zemstvo letter : B.Furnon, International expert The presentation of Maxime Citerne will follow in a next zoom meeting.

On the agenda: - A presentation on "Stamps and Corporate Marks in the Postal System of the Russian Empire" (approximately 40 minutes - Presentation: Gilbert M. Rios) followed by an open discussion. - A presentation for the creation of a new community named "Russian Philately Study Circle" (RPSC).

A third online meeting will be held on May 22, 2025, using the Zoom platform. Further details on the time and access to the virtual meeting room will be provided later to Circle members only. On the agenda: - A presentation on "Stamps and Corporate Marks in the Postal System of the Russian Empire" (approximately 40 minutes - Presentation: Gilbert M. Rios) followed by an open discussion. - A presentation of a project to create a community called the "Russian Philately Study Circle" (RPSC), a lightweight structure with few constraints in terms of costs and organization, designed to ensure more regular contact between people interested in the field of Russian philately. It would operate on a voluntary basis, and membership would be free.
