On the agenda: - A presentation on "Stamps and Corporate Marks in the Postal System of the Russian Empire" (approximately 40 minutes - Presentation: Gilbert M. Rios) followed by an open discussion. - A presentation of a project to create a community called the "Russian Philately Study Circle" (RPSC), a lightweight structure with few constraints in terms of costs and organization, designed to ensure more regular contact between people interested in the field of Russian philately. It would operate on a voluntary basis, and membership would be free.
