After two successful online meetings organized in 2024 on the theme of "Philately and Postal History of Russia and Neighboring Countries", we are now considering the creation of a lightweight structure, with few constraints in terms of cost and organization, which would allow continuous communication between people interested in this subject, ready to get involved and willing to share. In addition to other online meetings, this structure would rely on the use of a blog/website for ongoing communication and a storage space to house the documents generated by activities (videos, articles, etc.).
